yes I am going to be 54 years old shortly and I am a 1rst degree blackbelt in 8 different styles but I havent worked out in 5 years cause I just dont have the energy for it anymore plus I injured my lower back and am trying now to get back in shape I hope that you natural food vitiams will help me to have the energy that I seem to be lacking

started the purple a week ago and dont notice to much a difference yet so I thought I should try the green because I do not eat enough veggies I drink a lot of juce and eat fruits thank you John

OK all you folks thinking of testing the water: go for it! I have been using high quality, whole food/herb supplements exclusively for years. Recently I added the pops, out of curiosity more than anything else. WOW!
I am a fanatical gardener, but otherwise lazy. I know I should stretch and walk and do Yoga etc etc, but mostly, I don’t. So even with the other good products, a day in the garden left me stiff and sore. No more! It has been 3 weeks now, and I am going full tilt, working outside 8 hours a day, even digging new beds and ripping out tough bracken roots and removing rocks. After a day of it I feel fine with plenty of energy left for making dinner. I am grateful and amazed. By the way, I will be 70 soon.
